Amy Batra
Amy Batra received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University – graduating with honors. She has 20 years of experience in start-up companies and big pharma including companies such as Bausch & Lomb, Sanofi Aventis, Merz and Johnson & Johnson. Her core expertise includes aesthetics, dermatology, regenerative and functional medicine in roles ranging from sale professional to management. She successfully developed and launched new products and created a highly successful model for physician training under Continuing Medical Education (CME). Over the last 10 years, she has worked side-by-side with her husband and business partner, Sanjay Batra.

SANJAY Batra
Dr. Batra obtained his PhD in medical physiology from the University of Ottawa, Canada and completed post-doctoral training in Japan and Switzerland. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and also a former Adjunct Professor at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Sanjay has 25 years of global healthcare and entrepreneurial experience in start-ups, biotech and large pharma including 10 years in the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, culminating as Vice President, R&D Pharmaceuticals, Asia-Pacific and Japan. In his career Dr. Batra has been directly involved in over 80 clinical trials in all phases of development. He started VIAS Partners in 2013 with the aspiration to take his diverse experiences and global network to partner with entrepreneurs and companies to advance their business with value, innovation and strategy.

ERICA GUTIERREZ
Erica Gutierrez is the Manager of Social Media and Marketing for Wethrivv. She graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. There, she studied Marketing and minored in Spanish. She also has a certification in Project Management from Penn State’s School of Graduate Professional Studies. She is currently completing another certificate in Digital Content Creation from Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design.
At Wethrivv, Erica works closely with the founders, with beauty creators and influencers, and with external teams to contribute to the goals of the company. THRIVV.

Sara Pape
Sara Pape is the Manager of Operations & Customer Relations for WETHRIVV. She is from Orlando, FL and has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, which are backed by a Walt Disney World foundation and a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. For the last 10 years, she has been a restaurateur of various authentic Italian concepts in Tampa, FL, where she built and sold her first business before the age of 30. With her entrepreneurial experience and hospitality training, she has a deep passion for the industry and understands the critical importance of customer service excellence to business success.
